How many guests can Stonehaven Estate accommodate?
The maximum permitted attendance is 200 people, subject to any applicable safety, parking, fire, health, or other governmental requirements.
How far in advance should we inquire?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for popular summer and early-fall dates.
Where is Stonehaven Estate located?
Stonehaven Estate is located in Ronan, Montana, at the base of the Mission Mountains.
Can we choose our own vendors and food service?
Yes. Outside vendors are welcome, catering is not required, and clients may provide their own food. All vendors must follow Stonehaven Estate’s property and safety rules and may be asked to provide appropriate insurance.
What are the alcohol and bar-service requirements?
All alcohol must be provided, controlled, and served through an approved Montana alcoholic-beverage licensee using authorized bar staff. Personal alcohol and BYOB are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Are pets allowed?
Pets and other animals require Stonehaven Estate’s prior written approval.
How does parking work?
Stonehaven Estate provides designated parking areas for guests and vendors. Vehicles must follow venue directions and may not block roads, driveways, emergency access, gates, or restricted areas.
No Smoking of Fire Hazards!
Stonehaven Estate is entirely smoke- and vape-free. Marijuana smoking, open flames, candles, fireworks, sparklers, fire pits, and similar fire-producing items are prohibited. Battery-operated or flameless candles are welcome.
